Fantastic weekend

I've had a fantastic weekend.... weather has been stormy and windy so great to stay in and do the housework and make some cards.   I managed to get the groceries done, the house vacuumed and the floors washed and then tidied the craft room.  Well, about half of it anyway.  I listed the cards I needed to make for family birthdays and for samples for my Design Team work and decided to make a start.  I had already made a card for my SIL whose birthday is on Monday ~ but I didn't get it in the post in time to get there on time...
Make a wish

Pleased with the result of some distressing inks, some flowers and ribbon.

Next card is for my son's girlfriend, Isobel.  She has her graduation ceremony tomorrow.  She studied Anthropology.  Her cape is bright baby pink so I used this on the card.
Happy Graduation

The cap is a digital image I got by "goggling" graduation... now I can't remember which site I got it from.  She really liked it so that was good.

Today I did a few cards for my DT samples for May.... so they have to wait till I can share.     hope your weekend was as much fun as mine was and you have a great week.
