Some of you may be aware that SSC seems to have disappeared so here's a little explanation;
Judy, the owner, had to close the site because of some serious recurring health issues. The reason it was shut down so suddenly was so that she wouldn't have to pay Nings fee for another month (which she wouldn't be able to use). Anyways, the card challenge group is still going, just at the blog now! So if you've already played in some of the challenges but lost your entry when the site was closed, go ahead and link it up again! Just make sure to pay attention to the details in THIS post.
So what's this weeks challenge....
To use at least 4 of these colours.
Here's what I designed.
I was inspired by this amazing card from Chris.
Cardstock: Long Card Black and White by Rosie's Studio
Stamps: Hero Arts ~ Butterfly from"Antique Engravings", Sentiment from My Favorite Things
Ink: Versafine "Onyx Black", Tim Holtz "Peeled Paint, Spiced Marmalade, Spun Sugar, Broken China”
Ribbon: May Arts
Pearl: Kaisercraft
Tools: trimmer, adhesive, scissors
Come visit us at the blog for the challenge and see what the other designers have come up with.
Hope your weekend is good... I'm going to spend some time tidying in the craft room... finding it hard to find my way in at the moment!!!!!!!!!! And hopefully make some more Summer Card Camp inspired cards.
Cheers
Dawn

Love seeing those butterflies again! The colors are wonderful and I like the ruffle trim.
Just gorgeous Dawn!
Gorgeous card, Dawn! I love the row of colourful butterflies and the ruffled ribbon is beautiful! As soon as I tidy up my craft space, I make a card and mess it up again!
Lovely card. The butterflies are gorgeous!
