Birthday Kisses

Lately I have been really intrigued by Mo Manning's digital images.  They are available at Mo's Digital Pencil (here).  Her images are just beautifully drawn.  Some have been even made into rubber by Penny Black.  One of these is "Kisses" which I have as a digital image.  It is adorable.

Birthday Kisses

I printed the image twice and coloured with Faber Castel Classic pencils and Gamsol.  I then cut out the image from one and used some dimensionals for the centre and glue round the edge.  I cut a Spellbinders Eyelet Circle to mat the image.  Added some punched flower daisies, a Die-namics flourish and coloured the pearls with Copics for the flower centres and the blue ones along the bottom.  Sentiment was computer generated and cut with Spellbinders dies.  Lastly added a little Rock Candy stickles on the petticoat.   I am so pleased with how this turned out.  It's been entered into to a couple of challenges...Wee Memories and Lawnscaping.

Work was very quiet yesterday and today... only 2 of us there.  Yesterday I came home early as I was coughing so badly, my colleague kept saying I should go home.   Today, was marginally better.... still coughing though.   I did another short day.  Back to semi-normality next week with more staff back at work.   I did manage to get a little project done yesterday and today.... will share next week.

Hoping to Scramble on Sunday.... My parents leave in the afternoon ~ the three weeks  have flown by.  I will miss them.... as will my son... he has spend some quality time with his Granddad, who has been  helping to fix his car.

Well it's time for sleep now.     Enjoy your weekend all

Cheers
Dawn
