That's the sentiment I used on a card for my great niece.
I used the image from Some Odd Girl that I was practising my colouring with Copics. I got a book on colouring with Copics which was about colouring people. I was pleased with the results I achieved. I fussy cut the girl and added her to my base. The PP from Creative Imaginations and the sentiment from Inkadinkado.
I entered this into the "Something New" Challenge at Simon Says Stamp challenge blog.
My Mum and Dad headed back to Australia yesterday afternoon. I did so enjoy having them here for the last 3 weeks and I'll miss having them around. But it does mean that tomorrow it's back to work for me.... my two weeks leave is up :-( Not looking forward to having to get up early.. been sleeping in till after 8.00am every morning and staying up late watching movies.
Thanks for visiting today. Wishing you a great week full of creating.

What a cute card Dawn.
Yes it is always a bit sad saying goodbye to family when they leave. :-(.
All the best for work.

Awe Dawn, I'm sad for you. I still miss my mum & she went home about 3 months ago. It isn't fair that they have to live so far away is it. I love this card. Your colouring is just perfect. I bet your niece will love getting this card. Take care sweetie & I hope work goes smoothly tomorrow
Beautiful card :) She is so sweet! I bet Nanna and Grandad didn't want to leave either. Hope your first week back at work goes super fast for you!! xx

This is just gorgeous ,love the image and fab papers.xxx
Hello Dawn,
Back to reality, but it also means back to a routine, which is not such a bad thing.
Your little girl looks as if she's floating in the air, your Copic work looks great, I love how you have kept the background uncoloured.
Smiles :-)
Sue
