Hi there. My friend Suna chose the challenge at our local swap group. And what a fun one. Use up some of those scrappy bits we all seem to hoard.
Auckland is into week 5 of our Lockdown level 4. Hopefully we will have a lowering of the levels next week - not that Level 3 will be much of a change. I will still have to work from home and shops can't open - cafes and restuarants are click and collect only - any sort of contactless sales. I missing hugs from my little grandie.... we have been video calling her every few days. The other day she read us her favourite story with help from her Daddy... not bad for just over 2 1/4.
Isn't she so cute

What a fabulous card Dawn - mine is currently enroute, so can't share yet.
Your wee grandie is beautiful, and I can understand you missing her - I certainly missed two of mine whilst in level 4 - I was in my son's 'bubble' so did have contact with his two.
Stay safe
Blessings

What a fabulous mix of prints for your diagonal strip card, Dawn!! Just love the embossing over them all too with your pretty flower atop!!
I like your mix of scraps, and you've placed the flower and sentiment perfectly so that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Your little sweetie is adorable! We haven't seen our grands for almost 2 years now - we won't know them when we finally get to see them!
what a fun card, Dawn - and always love seeing pics of Gracie.
Gosh, I love this card Dawn and all using scraps that all go so well together, love the patterns and colours, fabulous and your little cutie down below is adorable..

The perfect way to use up all those scraps you end up with Dawn! Your little granddaughter is jsut adorable. I hope you can have a cuddle soon. Thinking of you all is lockdown. So far we have been lucky this time, but it really is only a matter on when!! Take care. :)
She is really darling! Hope your cases decline. Great use of the scraps & fun to dry emboss the panel--wouldn't have thought to do that!
