Chop it Up - gift set.

I recently have been watching some You Tube videos from Jenny Card Designs.  Jenny has lots of videos where she uses patterned paper and chops it up to make cards.  I have SOOOO many 6" x 6" pads of paper that I really need to chop them up!

I used this video to inspire me to make a set of 4 cards

I used papers from different packs to chop up to make this set.   The sentiments are from two different Pinkfresh Studio's stamp sets.  I stamped and then die cut with the matching dies.   I cut three extra of each die and layered together to make them more dimensional.

I will need to make some more like this.  Love the design.

We babysat on Saturday... Grace had a sleepover at Nanny and Pop's place.  Sunday morning she wanted to "work" in my craft room.  We had a bit of a play with some inks and I taught her the art of ink blending

Good to teach them young!

It's been a long weekend here, celebrating the Queen's Birthday.  Had some time to play in the craft room with some new stamps, stencils and dies.  I'll share it in the next few days.
