Inspired by... Debby

For a while now, I have been following Debby's blog.... She does the most amazing decoupage cards.... such beautiful use of patterned papers... and then she can do the most incredible CAS cards... such opposites... Much as I admire her beautiful work, I just can't do it justice.   However this week, Debby did a beautiful CAS card.... see it here..  And this is what inspired me to CASE it...

I used the same sentiment stamp by Inkadinkado.  I found a Papermania Snowflake stamp and added that to the card.  I then found a Holographic snowflake which fitted over.  Added the gems and the card was done.  Very quick and simple

Then I looked at the other stamps in the Inkadinkado set and thought I'd try the same CAS type of card



I did this one in red and added some Kindyglitz.  Pleased with the results of both these.

My parents arrived safely... although I missed them coming through the gates...  They were waiting outside for us and we were waiting inside for them.   Finally meet up after about 20 mins.  Though it was taking them ages to get through customs. 

I'm sitting watching the movie " The Holiday" with Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet and the gorgeous Jude Law.... good Christmas movie for the girls.
