I tried to ink up the folder but it didn't work so just inked all the panel. Tried it with this green and then with blue.... some thing happened. I was going to throw out the panels till Sandie suggested I add some different colour gems and two cards evolved. This first one I unfortunately smudged the sentiment a bit. And here's the blue one
I snipped my sentiment in half so I could get it each side of the top of the tree.... you should have seen Glenda's face when I did that! Priceless!
I'm still going to see if I can get the idea in my head onto paper....I've seen it on the internet so know it can be done!
Have a great week.

Wonderful cards. Looks great with the gems.
Gorgeous cards Dawn. I love your cards despite the fact they didn't turn out the way you wanted. I often cut up stamps to fit my cards/projects. It's good fun (until I lose one!)
The tone-on-tone effect of the designs is truly magical Dawn!
Super cute idea@! I love the gems.

What a great embossing folder - great for mass-producing lots of cards!
This is a great embossing folder Dawn and these cards turned out fabulously. Good luck with what you have in mind :)
I love these, Dawn - so elegant and the gems are perfect. Great texture and a brilliant effect.
Oh I love how these turned out even though it wasn't what you had in mind! Great job cutting the sentiment--would love to have seen Glenda's face! I've done it myself now a few times & sure does make some stamps more usable.
Love that your friend saw what you initially did not, and the cards were made and are fabulous!!
Blessings
