On Facebook I found out about Alicia's Special Challenge (here)  You had to use one of her images found at Alicia's Little Shop.  I chose to use Colouring Alicia.

I coloured her with Copics and fussy cut her out.  I found the background die cut with was a digital printed one, that I edged with Walnut Stain distress ink.  I layered Alicia over top.  The PP is from a Christmas pack ( I have quite a few so will be using up the not too Christmassy ones)  The sentiment is from a Penny Black set.    I mounted the PP onto a gold card base.

Day two of my exercise programme and I did a 45 minute ABT class then came home and did 15 minutes on the exercycle.   I didn't intend to do the class, but the instructor needed two participants so two of us just about to start our gym session helped out!  So with only two of us in the class, got some great instruction.   My arms and abs are feeling it now.  But I've just signed up for next Tuesday's class.    Hope I can keep up the momentum!
