I printed it out and coloured with Copics. The PP has a lovely sheen to it. Add a touch of glossy accents to the balloons and the candle and on her hat. I went over the 29 with Black Wink of Stella to give it a touch of sparkle.
Off to make a card that has been commissioned. The lady wants it for her daughter in law and has asked to a wine glass and high heel shoes. A bit of a challenge!
