My friend, Pearl, had her birthday yesterday. I made a lovely card for her which she loved.
This was made with a variety of PET tapes and washi stickers from Journalsay. I love that they are translucent so layer really well. The sentiment is from a Gina K set called Birthday Sparkle - stamp and matching dies. Inside is a sentiment from Altenew's Just a Number stamp set - "age is strictly a case of mind over matter,.. if you don't mind, it doesn't matter"
Pearl was off work yesterday so gave her the card this morning. I worked an hour then had to go to the dentist for the first part of a root canal procedure. I felt really blah after so took the rest of the day off and came home. My mouth and jaw were still a little tender so had a restful afternoon having a nap and reading my book. Finish off the procedure in 3 weeks.

What beautiful products that made a wonderful card for your friend! I can sympathize with you about the root canal. Hoping I won't need that again!
