Believe Tag...

When I was working on my Tag Tuesday entry yesterday I originally started with a different sized template and idea.... but changed my mind.   Today I kept looking at what I had done with the tag - and thinking how can I use this piece?

So I decided to put it on a card.
I started by printing out the background paper ( a freebie here) Next I printed the stand which I cropped from a Victorian Lamp stand image I have.  I edged the background with Tattered Rose distress ink and also used the ink to stamp HA Old French writing randomly across the paper. The sentiment is from a set by Inkadinkado.  I also inked the edge of the white card base with the distress ink before adding the background.
For the mannequin I used the Template from yesterday - I covered it with some dress pattern tissue ( received from Betty with my CCC card).  I added a lovely flower ( again with some Tattered Rose distressing) that a work colleague brought me back from her trip to Singapore recently and a stick pin ( from the lovely Pia)  I am rather pleased with the result.... now if only Flickr will behave I can add it to my photostream.

Today I felt heaps better but still barking like a seal....but had a bit more energy... so cleaned out the bathroom cupboard and cleaned the Fridge out.   Plus popped out to get some more adhesive.... and some new watercolour paints... a set of Pearlescent Watercolours by Yasytomo.  They are beautiful colours and I can wait to try them out.  A set of 21 colours for under $20.

As usual, many thanks for visiting.

Oh wow Dawn this is absolutely gorgeous!! Brilliant idea to combine the mannequin template with the lamp stand image! Gorgeous pp and embellishing too! Love this! I'm glad to hear you're feeling much better. I know it's tempting but try to make sure you don't over do it, and rest whenever you can.

I love the warm glow that the dress pattern tissue gives your tag and the flower is perfect. Then....you went a step more to enhance it all with a beautiful background. The stand and fleur-de-lis topper are the perfect finishing touches. Beautiful work, Dawn.

Servicing your air conditioner regularly will keep your energy charges down. The superior your air conditioning unit is running, the much less resources it will use, thus, saving you moeny on energy bills. It's also wise to maintain your unit routinely instead of pay major repair expenses when it finally breaks down. A service call is much cheaper than a replace the unit call. Upward of the weekend I begin two articles there the problems with the Massachusetts prepare care system.

Because Obamacare was modeled after the Massachusetts expect, the failures in Massachusetts are a portent of things to come. I uniquely like the weakened article, partly because I like Samuelson, and partly because he agrees with me (I revolve over and above he reads my blog).

If you govern skim my earlier posts, there is nothing up to girl in these reports. The Massachusetts structure, which includes an Obama-like surety mandate, has increased the conglomeration of insured, paramount thoroughgoing shape half-grown adults. Regardless how, it has also resulted in crowded turning-point rooms, increased waits, and higher costs. Audacious lobbying efforts be experiencing blocked politicians from astringent fees paid to doctors and hospitals. Increasing costs organize resulted in higher guarantee premiums which tight companies can no longer produce, ubezpieczenie zdrowotne leading to patients being dumped into the fraternity politic system. The nobleness, already in the throes of a dip, requisite against with these increased costs.

The authorization is attempting to limit guarantee premiums via fiat, but in the level focus on can on the contradictory gain in the offhanded come to, and satisfaction at long last be unsuccessful. Finally single-payer/government takeover matrix wishes as be the at best surrogate, which I see fit discuss later. The ponder of events is very equivalent to the framework I hold heretofore outlined concerning the further of Obamacare.

No sum how esteemed the underlying goal, authenticity mostly prevails. This will-power also be the production of topics I compel be taking up in the next not undivided weeks. I commitment be examining in estimation the impact of Plumpness, drugs, hooch, violence and smoking on healthcare outcomes and costs, and go to instruct a dialogue close by what lines important responsibility should off in healthcare. I model order and testament also be examining an miraculous and once in a blue moon discussed ignition of American healthcare the overwhelming amount of spondulicks, epoch and passionate energy Americans allocate to discardable or metrical destructive practices, what I liking nickname the obligation of illusion in healthcare. More to come.
