Spetember CCC reveal

Today I am sharing the card I made for the CCC September swap.
Badge Grab
My card went to Kath in the UK.  Our themes included "Things With Wheels"  so I went with that and the Friendship theme and the Crayons for my product.

I made my background with some watercolour crayons.  I haven't used these for so long!  I used them also with some pencils to colour the little flowers and grass die cut.  The Pennyfarthing is a Memory Box die.  The sentiment is from an Altenew set.  After I stamped it I was cleaning the Hello and it fell of the block... and do you think I can find it - No!  I have no idea where it disappeared.   I think it might have ended up in the rubbish and been thrown out.

If you haven't heard about CCC join us here

Thanks for stopping by.

Love your bicycle card Dawn, I have lost little pieces from stamp sets before only to find them months later stuck to something else. I am sure your Hello will turn up!

What a gorgeous card Dawn - love the drama of the black bike against the pastel colours in the background and garden.
Hate it when stamps jump off the desk as you clean them - I have lost a couple of Happy stamps that I had done surgery on the original Happy Birthday sentiment... :(

Those pastel colours are gorgeous and a wonderful backdrop for the bike. CarolG

Love the scene, Dawn! Hope the hello showed up. I've done exactly the same thing & usually I eventually find the stamp.

What a great and inventive card. I lost a stamp the other day too. When that happens I just leave it knowing it will turn up sometime and they invariably do, stuck to something or other or on the floor. I get fed up with wasting time looking for stuff. Why does it do that? You would think these things have a mind of their own the way they vanish from right in front of you! I bet it turns up somewhere unexpectedly xx
