Submission #4 - on a roll.
Interesting parameters this week.
Project - Post card, Colours - Florist shop, Element - Globe(s), Random - Blob(s)
I had a busy afternoon yesterday making chocolates so this morning I popped into my craft room. I remembered I has a Chronology Globe stamp (a freebie from a magazine a zillion years ago!) and after a little searching, found it. I knew I had a stamp with Post card on it... an older wooden block stamp from Hero Arts and another older (discontinued) cling stamp set from Hero Arts that had some blobby stamps in it... so three elements sorted.
I chose earthy browns and greens for my florist shop colours. I stamped the globe onto some textured card stock and used some of the inks as watercolours to paint it. I inked up the top half of the Hero Arts post card stamp and the found another Hero Arts stamp set - Discover by Lia, to stamp the green postmark and the sentiment in black ink. The older discontinued stamp set called Brushes has some little blobby stamps. I used the smallest one in two different Altenew green ink and then used the lighter ink to blend around the edges.
This afternoon, hubby and I took Grace to the mall to buy a present for her Mum, Dad, sister and her dog! We had fun trying to decide what to get everyone. Then it was time for an icecream and a play on the mall playground before heading to the local Mitre 10 hardware store to get some plants before heading home. She was so good and we all had a great afternoon. The start of a new Christmas tradition!

Cool card with the globe on postcard, Dawn! Awww - when I was a young girl, my grandpa used to take me shopping for my family members too. Great tradition!
You had the perfect set of stamps for this Dawn. My card is a completely different take than yours - it is amazing how different the cards can be from the same four parameters.
You nailed it, Dawn!
Great card for the challenge Dawn.
