Watercooler Wednesday
Challenge. Marsha is our hostess with an Anything Goes with a Masculine Twist challenge.
Another card using the Faux Metal Paper technique that Jennifer McGuire did back in 2015. This time I used Smoked Hickory Distress Ink and added Perfect Pearls in the white colour to give a silver look. I used a WRMK 3D basket weave die to provide some texture. I stamped the tool box from "For the Boys" which was free with a magazine and coloured with Copic markers. I then fussy cut it out and added it on the panel. The sentiment is a sticker I found a while back. The little stars were from the sticker set too.

Love your card Dawn. Best of luck returning to your regular routine following all the phases of restrictions. I am sure it is weird going back to the office after such a long time at home.

The texture on the background along with the metallic look really makes your card a stand out, Dawn! A great 'freebie' stamp! :)
This fabulous card screams masculine! Great idea to use the faux metal technique for your background. The toolbox is the perfect complementary image.
