I do.... And I often get freebie stamps, dies and embossing folders when I buy a magazine. Today I am sharing the card I made for my team to sign and give to our team leader. This will be the last Christmas we are all together as a Team as there are changes a foot in our office. A huge restructure is underway and it seems that our teams (currently 3) will be combined into two and have some newbies as well.
Anyhoo.... here is what I made using two different freebies from different magazines
The embossing folder was a freebie last Christmas and the holly vine die from last month. I cut three of the vines and made a bit of a circle wreath I embossed the background on the cream card and again on a scrap of red so I could fussy cut out the bow. The sentiment banner was embossed with some Rose Gold powder from Altenew. The stamp was one I picked up for $4 when I was in Australia in October. I popped it up with some foam tape. The main panel is also popped up on foam tape with some washi tape underneath.
I'm entering this into the Pop It Up challenge at A2Z Scrapbooking.
I hope your Christmas preparations are going well. I'm counting down the days till Friday, when my little grandson arrives with his parents. They are getting in at 6.00am so hubby will go collect them, while I prepare the breakfast. Friday is also my hubby's last day at work. He has resigned and is taking a couple of months off before he looks for something else to do. No more corporate world for him. Things will be tight for a while, so I've been getting as many supplies as I can while I can afford it.
Have a great Christmas

CAS Thanks
It's my turn to post at Die Cut Divas. Our theme is "Thanks"
I do my digital editing in Microsoft Word. It gives me lots of options when using the images - such as adding shadows (as I did with my Thanks sentiment) and to change the colour and size of my images (as I did with the flowers).
I used the following digi sets
Say it in Pieces
Petty Blossoms Printable
I snipped one of the blossoms and pasted it onto my page. Then resized, recoloured and printed it onto some Canson Bristol card. I used a Lil'Inkers die to cut it out. I used Zig markers and my Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to colour (lots of sparkle in real life) . A few Nuvo drops in Rhubarb Crumble and it done.
You still have a few days to join our challenge over at Die Cut Divas.
A2Z scrapbooking are the main retailer of Hero Arts Digital kits and today I have used two different ones to make my card.

Hero Arts layering Peacock
It is the beginning of the month so time for a new Challenge at A2Z Scarpbooking. This month I have a card for the 1st.
I made this card as part of the 90 mins scramble over at the Hero Arts Flickr Group last weekend. I used a stencil for my subtle background and stamped and die cut the Layering Peacock.
Do pop over and visit the team to see what they have come up with. Awesome inspiration from everyone.

More Poppies
It's my day to share at A2Z Scrapbooking today. I've scheduled this as I'm still over in Perth... I'm enjoying using the Layering Poppy and today I have chosen to make a sympathy card.
I choose colours that would give a soft ethereal look
The use of the Soft Granite for the third layer added to the ethereal look. The colours I used are listed in my supplies list below. I have them all in cubes from different sets. I added a thin line of gold pen around the outside of my panel and some splatters of watered down Gold Glitz ink. The sentiment is from an older Hero Arts set (CL476 - Retired)
I also decorated an envelope to match

It's my turn to share at A2Z Scrapbooking today and I've made a red and pink birthday card. I used the same design as I used last week,

I have used Hero Arts CL946 Color Layering Orchid in a Pot, stamping with a variety of pinky/red inks. The leaves are stamped with three tones of green inks. The sentiment is from Hero Arts CL738 Messages with Flourish (no longer available) Finished it off with some sequins.

Happy New Year with Hero Arts
I'm back with a New Years card for A2Z Scrapbooking - our January Challenge is Anything Goes. So please come and join us - just remember that you must use a Hero Arts product on your card.
I started my card by white embossing CG702 Heart Pattern Bold Prints and them using Pixie Powders made my background. I die cut out an circle and inlaid with white card. I used the the fireworks and Happy New Year Sentiment from DC203 Happy New Year Stamp & Cut. I then die cut the champagne glass from DC202 Cocktail Party Stamp & Cut, twice from some glitter paper. Added some stamped bubbles from the Cocktail set and some blue glittery Nuvo Drops.
As some of my supplies are currently not in stock at A2Z Scrapbooking, you can do a custom order. You can find the request on the store site (here)
